zucchini transformed

this cake. delicious. my freezer is still full of zucchini, and boy, does this elevate it beyond its age.chocolate zucchini cake
i agree with you, stephinie, it needs no frosting. (however, my husband did eat it with goat milk yogurt and said, "it's almost like frosting!" ha!)

we all loved it. down to the very last crumbs. (which we squished together and ate.) we will definitely be making this again.
